Shipping & Returns
We are a small boutique business that is a community and social outreach initiative of Remote COO. We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges. If the size isn’t right for you, extend kindness and gift it to a friend! If our product is defective, we will do all we can to make it right for you. We are grateful for every purchase made and want to bring you only the best in Be Kind in the Grind™ merchandise.
We process orders within 24-48 hours of order placement on all in-stock items. You will receive an email once your order has shipped that includes tracking information. Please use a correct, secure shipping location as we are not responsible for stolen or missing shipments. Should your package be returned, you are responsible for the returned shipping fees.
We currently ship only within the Continental United States and standard shipping rates apply and can vary by weight.
Please note Be Kind in the Grind™ / Remote COO™ has no control over USPS shipping. They have confirmed that shipping may take longer than usual due to the effects of the pandemic and the result is unforeseen delays in deliveries.
We ship via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Both offer an average of 2-6 day deliveries but these delivery times are not guaranteed. USPS can take up to 14 business days on some of these shipments for delivery. We understand this can be very frustrating, but it is not something in our control.

All sales are final. We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges at this time on any of our products. Please check sizing charts to help you get the right fit. If it doesn’t work for you, gift it to a friend and spread some kindness!
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your items are defective or the wrong items were included in your shipment. We will work with you to correct such errors! The defective product(s) must be returned within 30 days in a new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition in order to be eligible.
